- When a decision or progress update concerns a project, Pryzm suggests sharing it.
- The employee approves, or not. Nothing is shared without them.

Where is the data stored?
With Team, on our servers in Germany. With Business, on a Hetzner server dedicated to your company, in Germany. With Enterprise, on your own servers.
Can my employer read my personal memory?
No. Personal memory and company memory are two spaces kept separate by design. Nothing moves from one to the other without your approval, and admins only see the company memory.
Which AIs does it work with?
All those that connect to Pryzm: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Le Chat, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI.
Monthly or yearly billing?
Team and Business are billed monthly. Enterprise is billed monthly or yearly; the yearly plan works out to about two months free. Nothing is billed before launch.
What happens if we stop the Enterprise plan?
The software installed on your servers switches to read-only. Your data stays on your servers, still readable, and nothing is deleted.
