A memory for your AI. When you tell Claude something that matters, it saves it to Pryzm, sorted by project. In a new conversation, even months later, it finds it by meaning, without you having to remember the exact words, and goes with the latest decision. From your space, you can see, correct and export everything that was saved. If you also use ChatGPT, Cursor or Perplexity, they share the same memory, through the MCP protocol.

An AI that accepts custom MCP connectors. Claude works even on its free plan, which allows one custom connector. ChatGPT needs a paid plan and connects from chatgpt.com. Perplexity needs Pro, Max or Enterprise. Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients work too. Nothing to install: paste one address into the AI's settings, then sign in to your Pryzm account.

Your memories are hosted in Germany, at Hetzner in Falkenstein. They are encrypted with a key unique to your account, in a space kept separate from other accounts. The limit: while you are signed in, the server decrypts them in memory to answer your AI, and what your AI reads goes through its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI…) under that provider's terms. Optional AI features (automatic tags, summaries) are off by default; if you turn them on in Settings, the text involved is sent to Anthropic. Pryzm doesn't sell your data or use it to train AI. Technical access to the servers is restricted and logged.

Yes. Start your message with ##: Pryzm tells your AI to save nothing from it, and the server refuses any memory that starts with ##. Card numbers, API keys and passwords are refused the same way. You can also edit or delete any memory from your space.

With Pryzm, you see everything your AI has saved, sorted by project, and you correct or export it whenever you like. The same memory works wherever you use Claude (claude.ai, the mobile app, Claude Code), and in ChatGPT, Cursor or Perplexity too if you use them. We recommend turning the built-in memory off: in our test, it made the AI answer from outdated information instead of checking Pryzm.

100 memories in 1 project, with every compatible AI, no credit card. Once you reach 100 memories, new ones are no longer saved, but you can still read, search, export and delete yours. Solo (€9.99 a month, or €99.90 a year) removes these limits: unlimited memories and projects.

Yes. Export your whole memory from your space as a readable JSON file, and delete your account whenever you want. Solo has no commitment: cancel from Settings → “Manage or cancel my subscription”; it takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Export before that date: after it, access is cut off and the data is deleted 30 days later.

Mem0 and Supermemory are open source and can be self-hosted; both also offer an online version. Pryzm Memory is a ready-to-use service, hosted in Germany: nothing to install to give your AI a memory. If you'd rather keep everything at home, Pryzm for desktop, a free app for Windows, macOS and Linux, keeps the memory on your machine. Either way, Pryzm's engine isn't open source.
